Kaleidos comes from kaleidoscope. To us, the colorful, moving mosaic formed by a kaleidoscope is the perfect analogy for the constant evolution of beauty. Based in Shanghai, we are a team of diverse, self-expressive, global citizens. We believe in the capacity for personal empowerment through makeup. We are one of the first makeup companies to be entirely cross-border in vision and identities. Creative Copyrighter
The role
- Lead creative copy along side product concept development with a deep understanding of Kaleidos brand voice and style, to meet the brand and marketing team's vision for each launch and digital business objectives
- Write and review digital copywriting content fit for various social media vehicles, including but not limited to organic and paid social advertising, digital campaigns and videos
- Work closely and collaboratively with cross-functional teams to maintain and improve processes and workflow, and help to reprioritize the work to deliver within team bandwidth
We'd like you to have
- College degree; BA preferred
- 3+ years copywriting experience
- Experience with SEO, paid search, social advertising across social media platforms
- Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Understanding of current fashion and beauty trends
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and with people in various disciplines
Preferred qualifications
- Chinese language proficiency

PR Manager
The role
- Mange an existing product and press seeding process from dynamically mapping influencers to brand and product line needs, communications with key stakeholders, to logistics and transportation
- Craft and create new and unique influencer marketing campaigns that drive key engagement and hit business metrics, and keep brand voice and reviews consistent and seamless on social platforms
- Track and measure creations and performance within timelines, and share to Kaleidos team for best practices
- Work closely and collaboratively with cross-functional teams, such as Creative, Digital, Operations, and International teams to maintain and improve processes and workflow, and help to reprioritize the work to deliver within team bandwidth
We'd like you to have
- College degree; BA preferred
- 1+ year social media, marketing, influencer communications experiences
- Robust understanding of influencer marketing landscape
- Knowledge of the digital media space, particularly in beauty
- Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and with people in various disciplines

Copyrighter Intern
The role
- Support copy team in research, product development and digital marketing needs, learn first hand how to develop concept creation, go-to-market strategy, and promotional campaigns
- Organize internal creative copy resources such as product and shade names
- Participates in product and shade naming brainstorms with the copy team
- Might have the opportunity to take on supporting writing assignments, such as blog posts, emails, social copy and paid ads

The role
- Support marketing and communications team in influencer research and social media marketing, learn first hand how to develop go-to-market strategy, and execute promotional campaigns
