Returns and Exchanges
With exception of items damaged from shipping, all sales are final once are received; we do not accept returns or exchanges. This is because your shipping costs will be higher than ours if you return your item, and we cannot accept payments for return shipping.
We offer reshipments free of charge in the case of damaged products. If your purchase is damaged, please send a photo of the damaged item(s) to us at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order with the subject line DAMAGED and include your name and order number.
We offer refund options for occurrences such as delayed delivery and damaged/missing goods.
Delayed delivery: For most countries, delivery takes 14-28 days. In this case, if shipping takes over 35 days, you are eligible for a 30% refund; if shipping takes over 42 days, you are eligible for a full refund or a reshipment. If you are ordering from a zone where the estimated shipping time frame is 45 days, you are eligible for a 30% refund if delivery takes over 45 days; after 52 days, you are eligible to receive a full refund or a reshipment. Please note this policy does not account for delays due to uncontrollable factors or regional instability.
Damaged/Missing goods: If you prefer a refund instead of a reshipment, we will issue a refund for your damaged/missing goods.
Please allow 48 hours for your refund to be processed. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your refund has been sent. Please note that your banking institution may require additional time to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us. Keep in mind, we can only issue a refund to the original form of payment used at the point of purchase.
