Returns and Exchanges
With exception of items damaged from shipping, all sales are final once are received. If your purchase is damaged, please send a photo of the damaged good to us at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving the purchase with the subject line DAMAGED, and include your order number.
Please note, for lashes, discrepancies may occur, so if the lashes differ from one another in regards to hair assignment, they are handmade and this does not constitute damaged items.
After we get back to you, please include your completed Returns and Exchanges form in your shipper along with the damaged products.
Please allow 5-7 business days from when the item is delivered for your returned order to be processed. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when we have processed your return or exchange. Please note that your banking institution may require additional time to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us. Keep in mind, we can only issue a refund to the original form of payment used at the point of purchase.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs if you would like to return or exchange your purchase. The shipping costs of the original shipment are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
